105: Staying Sane During Stressful Times

Need some help dealing with stress? What about anxiety? Both can be difficult to deal with, (especially during the corona virus pandemic.) To help us stay sane we are hooking up with Dr. Glenna Anderson. Dr. Anderson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private therapy practice in Torrance, CA. She has coined the mantra “Therapy is a Lifestyle” which encourages one to make a concerted effort to focus on their mental health before it becomes a mental illness. As a mental health therapist with nearly two decades of experience and education she is going to provide you with the tools and resources to, not just manage our lives, but to also thrive in our lives… even during the stress and anxiety that may affect us daily.
