The TinCaps won their last 5 games in a row at home against the South Bend Cubs and are now in sole possession of first place in the second half standings of the Midwest League, meaning they have a playoff spot if they can hold onto that lead against West Michigan as they are off in Dayton to play 6 games against the Dragons.
