In the first hour of today’s mid-week Sports Rush, Brett is joined on the guest line by 2024 Fort Wayne TinCaps Manager, announced just yesterday, Mike Daly! Brett schools Mike on some Fort Wayne Trivia before getting into some questions about the MiLB Season with the TinCaps that is just around the corner! Brett asks Mike for his thoughts on the balance between winning as a team and individual player progression as a manager at a minor league level, and about why Mike chose to leave a position in the front office of the Padres organization for a chance to become a manager down on the field. Also in the first hour, Brett is joined by Indiana sports media mogul, Kent Sterling of KentSterling.com! Brett and Kent discuss the Indiana Hoosiers getting a win over the Iowa Hawkeyes, but at the expense of several Indiana players going down with injuries. Also, the two discuss Anthony Leal, who hadn’t played much all season for the Hoosiers all season but came in last night and contributed heavily to the win. All that and more with Kent!
