With Brett on the road with the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons Men’s Basketball team as they fly to Phoenix for the Arizona Tip-Off even taking place over the weekend, The Sports Rush this afternoon by John Nolan! John is joined in the first hour of today’s show by TinCaps Team President Mike Nutter! John brings Mike on to discuss many improvements that are being made to Parkview Field, the home of the team, during the offseason. Highlighted by a brand new grass field that was grown up in Wisconsin being installed this week! Mike and John discuss all of the improvements and what it means for the team going into the next season, they also discuss an upcoming promotion taking place at the ballpark next week that coincides with the downtown Christmas lights lighting event! John also gets an inside scoop on what Mike Nutter is up to himself in the off-season as well as some of the other TinCaps broke. Also in the first hour of the show, John is joined by Pat Boylan! Pat is a host and sideline reporter for the Pacers radio network, and he contributes as a broadcaster for Pacers telecasts on Bally Sports Indiana! John and Pat discuss a fantastic win for the Pacers against the Philadelphia 76ers last night in the NBA’s In-Season Tournament. We hear from Pat about how the In-Season Tournament works from Pat, as well as about how the Pacers have looked so far in the early season, particularly last night in the win. We hear about some of the star players that have been really contributing to these wins, particularly Tyrese Haliburton. All that and more on the Pacers with Pat Boylan!
