Happy Friday! Today is our last show of the 2023 year before we take a holiday break and return with The Sports Rush on January 2nd! Today’s show is once again guest-hosted by “The Coach” Shannon Griffith! In the first hour, Shannon is joined by Sam King who is on the Purdue Boilermakers beat for the Lafayette Journal and Courier. Shannon hears from Sam about the Boiler’s dominant 100-57 win over Jacksonville last night and about how the Men’s Basketball Team is looking with one more non-conference game before heading into Big Ten play. Shannon and Sam also discuss Purdue Football’s signing class and how that’s looking for Ryan Walters! Also in the first hour, Shannon is joined by the voice of the Fort Wayne Komets, Shane Albahrani, to discuss the Komets loss to the Iowa Heartlanders last night and to hear about what the Komets need to do tonight and tomorrow night in order two pick up two wins out of the three games on their roadtrip to Iowa. All that and more!
