Hour 2: Jonathan Mathews

In Hour 2 on a Monday, Brett is joined by TinCaps Manager Jonathan Mathews! The bats are starting to heat up for the Caps, as the team split the home series over the past 6 days against the Lake County Captains after a rough start on the road. Brett asks the Skipper what it was like to get his first win for the organization, as well as how the team attitude changed after the first win. Brett also gets Mathews’ insight into working with players at this level, who are predominantly young guys who are still learning their way around the sport at the pro level.
