In the second hour of today’s Wednesday Sports Rush, Derek is joined by the voice of Purdue Basketball, Rob Blackman! Rob joins Derek to discuss last night’s win for the Boilermakers over the ranked Illinois Fighting Illini on the road to secure back-to-back outright regular season championships for Purdue. We hear about that win last night, the season as a whole, and the state of the team and the roster ahead of the team going into March. Also in the second hour, Derek is joined by Zion Brown from the Indy Star to talk about tonight’s Indiana Hoosier game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers in Minneapolis tonight, the Hoosier Men’s season as a whole, and why fans of IU should have a ray of positivity heading into the off-season.
