EP 52: Getting Kids Back to School Safely

As back to school season is upon us, getting our kiddos back to school safely, should be the number one priority. Cross guards are essential to ensuring that happens. Currently there is a crossing guard shortage plaguing many communities around the country and Fort Wayne, IN is no exception. 

Right now there are seven crossing guard positions that need to be filled for the Fort Wayne Community Schools District.  Applicants must be at least 18, pass a background test and drug test and they must have transportation. The positions start at $13.73 an hour.
