Hour 1: JJ Stankevitz

Brett is joined in the first hour of The Sports Rush today by Colts team writer and public address announcer, JJ Stankevitz! We hear from JJ about the latest updates on the status of quarterback Anthony Richardson who suffered a concussion on Sunday in the team’s win over the Houston Texans. We hear about when JJ thinks we could possible see Anthony Richardson return to the field after dealing with this head injury and what he’s seen from past players that have gone through the concussion protocol. Brett also asks JJ if he thinks that it’s even worth playing Anthony against the Ravens on Sunday regardless if he’s healthy or not, sending him out there on a limited amount of practice throughout the week. Is it worth trying to get him out there or is it okay to just rely on Gardner Minshew this weekend against Baltimore? Also in the Hour, Brett talks about the Monday Night Football games last night, the TinCaps season is over but many of the players we saw are now with San Antonio at the AA-Level in the playoffs there, and Brett talks a little bit of Ohio State versus Notre Dame coming up this weekend as well!
